Welcome to Investor Center Research (“ICR”), a product of Compounders Clubhouse LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using www.investorcenterresearch.com or any of our content or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
1. Acceptance of Terms & Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. By accessing ICR, subscribing, or reading our content (including via email), you confirm you are 18 or older and have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Creation & Security
If accessing gated or member-only content, you may be required to create an account through our third-party platform (e.g.,Memberstack). You are responsible for: Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, All activity occurring under your account, and not sharing, reselling, or sublicensing access.
3. Subscriptions, Billing & Auto-Renewal
By subscribing, you agree: Your subscription renews automatically unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You will receive a reminder email 7 days before renewal. No refunds are issued once a charge has been processed, except for purchases made during the launch week, between Monday, June 23, 2025 and Friday, June 28, 2025.
4. Payment Processing
All transactions are processed through third-party services(e.g. Stripe via ConvertKit Commerce). We do not store or process your payment details. Disputes or chargebacks are subject to Stripe’s terms.
5. Licence to Content
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable licence to view and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not: Reproduce, distribute, republish, or resell any content; Use our research or material to train AI models or create competing products; Use bots, scrapers, or automated systems.
6. Prohibited Conduct
You may not use our services to: Violate any law, Access data or services without permission, Distribute malicious software, Harvest or mine data from our platform, or Repackage our content for financial gain.
7. Intellectual Property.
All content is owned or licensed by Compounders Clubhouse LLC. This includes reports, analysis, videos, trademarks (e.g., “Investor Center Research”), site design, and branding. Unauthorised use will be pursued under applicable copyright and trademark laws.
8. No Professional Advice
Our content is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute: Personalised investment advice, Financial, tax, accounting, or legal advice. You should consult your own advisers before making financial decisions.
9. Forward-Looking Statements & Accuracy
ICR materials may contain projections or forward-looking statements. These are speculative, based on assumptions, and may differ materially from actual outcomes. We make no guarantee as to the accuracy or completeness of any content.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability for direct damages is capped at the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. You agree to use the site at your own risk.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Compounders Clubhouse LLC and its team from any third-party claims, losses, or damages resulting from: Your misuse of our services, Violation of these terms, or Infringement of any intellectual property or law.
12. No Obligation to Update
We may—but are not required to—update our research or reports after initial publication.
13. Third-Party Content
We may link to external websites or cite third-party data(e.g., SEC, Yahoo Finance). We do not endorse or control such sites and are not responsible for their content or any malware.
14. Export & Sanctions Compliance
You may not access our content if you are a resident of a country subject to U.S. sanctions or if you are listed on any U.S. government list of prohibited persons.
15. Privacy & Email Consent
You agree to our Privacy Policy and consent to receive emails from us, including legal notices. You may unsubscribe at any time, though doing so may limit access to some services.
16. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted to the site and notified via email. Continued use of the service after 30 days constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
17. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. All disputes shall be resolved: Individually (no class actions or class-wide arbitration), in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware (unless we both agree to arbitration).
18. Severability & Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Compounders Clubhouse LLC regarding the services.
